Suggestion for new term: Mydriasis due to Mydriatic eye Drop

Hello everyone,

During the development of openEHR Archetypes we noticed the need for a code that signifies the pupil was dilated explicitely due to mydriatic eye drops.

So far only the opposite seems to be available:
131331000119108 | Mydriasis not due to mydriatic eye drop (finding)

I think it would be adequate to add a code for
Mydriasis due to mydriatic eye drop (finding)

There are circumstances where that is actually a Diagnosis, for instance if a patient presents with Anisocoria due to accidental self-administratrion of a mydriatic eye drop.
