Stated Relationship deprecation

  • We would like to start the deprecation process, to eventually remove the (now redundant) Stated Relationship files from teh release pacakges.

      • WE NEED TO COMPLETE A FORMAL DEPRECATION PROCESS FOR THIS - Proposal would be to:

        • ??? 2025 - Send out comms with Proposed Deprecation Doc and plan of timelines

        • ??? 2026 - MOVE IT INTO A STATIC PACAKGE ON MLDS AND KEEP IT SEPARATE.

        • ??? 2027 - REMOVE THE StatedRelationship RECORDS + FILES FROM THE INTERNATIONAL EDITION

    • .

    • UNLESS WE THINK WE CAN MOVE QUICKER THAN THIS???
