We are trying to upload the latest Estonian edition (30.11.2025) to our instance of Snowstorm, and are facing weird problems.
I am not active or competent on the admin side of this. I have noticed small changes in RF2 package when I have done the release notes, but I am not sure in what way they affect the import mechanisms.
Is it possible to know which is the oldest Snowstorm version that should work with current RF2 package? The RF2 package itself should not have any issues as it has been successfully published in the international browser.
HI @rlindstrom , what issues are you having and we can see if we can help? If you are using Snowstorm, it loads fine (it’s what the browser uses and has loaded fine there). Might be also worth checking which software version you are using?
Some international concepts are not retrievable when requested from the EE branch. Works fine in the international Snowstorm, but the same problem appears in our local test and production environments.
Missing International concepts…has your snowstorm server been upgraded to the correct version of International Edition that your November release is dependant on?
@rlindstrom I had a good meeting with Kristjan. I liked the dashboard and the scripts he has for Snowstorm management. The original issue was that the upgrade step was not completed. We checked over the current state and had a brief knowledge exchange about branch states. The Snowstorm instance looks good and he is happy.
