We’re considering introducing a rule to state that we won’t publish on weekends or public holidays, but instead the nearest working day to it (i.e. a Friday instead of a Saturday, or a Monday instead of a Sunday)
Please can you provide initial feedback on this proposal, regarding whether or not this would impact you, and if so how?

As long as the effectiveTime is as expected, does it make any difference as to which day the actual publication happens, as long as it’s BEFORE THE EFFECTIVETIME??

If it does make a difference to anyone, can we please discuss what Impact the publication date can have?
