Based on discussion and agreement at the Drug Extension User Support Group, this briefing note is to inform the SNOMED CT community of the planned inactivation of existing transdermal patch clinical drug concepts and the implementation of a revised modelling approach to ensure alignment with international editorial policy and consistency in representation.
