In Sweden, as elsewhere, ICD-11 is now being rolled out, and the region where I work is planning how to support ICD-11 reporting by January 2028. Today, ICD-10 is entered in the documentation system (by doctors or coders), and this is an opportunity to switch to SNOMED CT, and then map to ICD-11 for reporting and reimbursement, etc.
Where can I find information on how to support this technically? What is the status of the map SNOMED CT to ICD-11? Or is the recommendation to classify ICD-11 manually? How have others done?
