Hi, have you ever thought about how to clean up MLDS user licences if there are inactive users? I asked Rory Davidson and Licinio Kustra Mano about this in connection with the Vienna meeting. Their response was that you should send a message to info@snomed.org and request the removal of inactive user licences, if you know that such licences exist.

Thank you for the update. However, it’s important to note that identifying inactive users is not an automated process. This task requires manual intervention, as there is no feature for automatic exports. From my understanding, we need to manually review the activity logs to identify the inactive accounts. After this manual audit, we have the option to either deactivate the licenses ourselves or seek assistance from SNOMED International. I request that the MLDS team consider adding a feature to export inactive users or to export users based on periods of inactivity, as this would be beneficial for all NRCs. We have already requested this feature in the 2025 MF survey.
