CRM concepts are typically not in SNOMED CT. Comparing to LOINC Ontology, CRMs are referred to in context, e.g. “2nd IRP” in 20433-9 for follitropin.
Propose to follw example from LOINC and make the concepts primitive (i.e. less than sufficiently defined)
