Liebe Alle, zum Thema ankle habe ich mal eine Anfrage an SNOMED gemacht mit Bitte um Klärung welches Sprunggelenk mit ankle joint structure gemeint ist. Anbei die Rückmeldung:

Passt denke ich. Das “Sprunggelenk” sollte ein Synonym von “Oberes Sprunggelenk” sein. Wenn man vom “Sprunggelenk” spricht, ist immer die Articulatio talocruralis, also das obere Sprunggelenk gemeint. LG Christoph

127863007 |Subtalar joint structure (body structure)| bei diesen zwei Konzepten glaube ich sollten wir nochmal drüberschauen. Ich würde hier eher das untere Sprunggelenk zuordnen.
140661000146107 | Subtalar joint complex structure (body structure) |würde ich vom Gefühl her mal nicht als Gelenk sondern auch inklusive alle Strukturen wie zb Bänder verstehen. Ist auch der parent von 127863007 |Subtalar joint structure (body structure)|.
Subtalar joint ist einfacher, da die finding site im FSN abgebildet wird

Können wir in diesem Zusammenhang noch festlegen, was mit dem “Knöchel” passiert? Oben gibt es einen Vorschlag für “Knöchelregion”, aber gibt es auch eine Zuordnung des “KnöchelS” allein?
Knöchel ist der Term für Malleolus medialis oder lateralis, Innenknöchel, Außenknöchel. und nicht für das Sprunggelenk. Siehe Pschyrembel Online
Für Ankle Konzepte nicht den Term Knöchelregion verwenden sondern nur obere Sprunggelenkregion, oder Sprunggelenkregion/ Bereich des Sprunggelenks als Synonym.
Konzepte mit Findinge site: Malleolus können und sollen mit Malleolus und Knöchel übersetzt werden.
Das Snonym Ankle fractur - lateral malleolus würde ich im deutschen so nicht übersetzten
