The U.S. National Release Center for SNOMED CT is requesting feedback from the members of the Nutrition CRG for concepts being proposed by the Gravity Project Team. Gravity is the project responsible for creating Social Determinents of Health (SDOH) content in the U.S.
The concepts being requested are:

| Infant formula distribution program (qualifier value) | An infant formula program is any organized effort—by healthcare systems, nonprofits, manufacturers, or international agencies who provide access to infant formula for babies, support infants with medical or nutritional needs, and distribute formula during emergencies, shortages, or humanitarian crises. These programs may be hospital-based (e.g., newborn feeding support), nonprofit or charity distribution programs, public health or global nutrition initiatives, or manufacturer-sponsored assistance programs. |
| Referral to infant formula distribution program (procedure) | Direct to an infant formula distribution program who provides access to infant formula for babies, support infants with medical or nutritional needs, and distribute formula during emergencies, shortages, or humanitarian crises.
